They explain how with today’s technology, many individuals are able to create videos that seem so real that it could be used as propaganda in the 2020 election by making presidential candidates say phrases that they may have never said before. With this said, they also explain how even though this technology could be used to perform evil acts, it is protected against the American Amendments and they do not believe that any laws will ever be put into place to prohibit this production.
